Something slips past quality control? Defective product?

We want you to have the sweetest fashion available which is why our products are guaranteed to be free from defects for 30 days from purchase of item. If your item is defective, please email us:
- Your complete name and email.
- Your #Order number.
- A photo of the defect with a description of defect.
If we determine your item is defective we will happily exchange or refund you.
Please provide us all the information listed above and email it to email@example.com.
US customers have up to 30 days after the shipped date and international customers have up to 60 days after the shipped date to submit a notification of a faulty product.
Our service is Print on Demand (POD), this means that each item is made especially for you 😀 - you get to pick the design and often the colour scheme. Unfortunately, this means that returns (except in the case of defective products as noted above) are not possible.
