FAQ

Will all my items be sent in one package?

Sometimes items will be sent in separate packages. Different manufacturers produce different items due to logistics. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries 😀

Where is my order?

Have you checked the Tracking code provided in your Shipping confirmation? If your Tracking code is not working that may mean your Track & Trace code has not yet been processed by the courier.

Please check the status of your order the next working day 🚚😀If you continue having problems Contact us.

Our products are Printed on Demand, that means they are just printed for you. We work with a global team of manufacturers and shipping services to get your order from the site to your home.You will receive notification of both processing and shipment.

Please allow 10-15 working days to arrive to your place (5-7 days for manufacturing + shipping). As we produce the majority of our products in the USA, expect them to arrive more quickly if you live there!

We do love Amazon Prime, however, let's create less waste with Print on Demand! 😀

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address.
 We are not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.

In some cases, depending on your local customs office, import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to the final destination, please see the below answer on Customs charges. This is out with our control and we are not responsible for any delays caused by Customs in your country. If you have any questions about charges or delays, please contact your local customs office.

What's that smell?

Removing the smell is easy! Just wash the garment 👕 inside out in cold water with a light detergent and the smell will be removed :) It is not necessary to turn garments inside out. However I like to wash my new garments inside and hang to dry the first couple times.

In order to get vibrant colours through the print process a pretreatment is used on our garments. The pretreatment is necessary for the ink to dry properly. Once the garment passes the quality control check they are bagged and labeled for shipping. Sorry, sometimes the smell can be strong, however, it's temporary 😀

I haven't received my order confirmation.

Please check that the confirmation email has not gone into your junk mail (SPAM) folder. Also, check the email address you have given us is correct.

Is it safe to put my payment details here?

Yes. We don’t store any of your payment details (that’s handled by our payment processor Shopify Payments, the best in the business) and we will never share your personal information with anyone other than for processing and getting your order safely delivered to you.

We will only use your personal information for running this site and getting your order delivered to you. This means we share some information with limited third parties (named in our Privacy Policy) but only for this purpose. Who is a third party? Well the first party is us, and the second party is you. Lost Package!

If it is a mailing issue where it got lost in transit just let us know and we will take it from there.

Will I be charged with Customs and Taxes?

The prices displayed on our website are tax-free. This means that on some orders, depending on your country, you may be liable to pay import taxes, duties and related customs fees once your order arrives to the final destination. This will be determined by your local customs office (rates, type of goods, and person allowance varies enormously depending on each country).

Payment of any such charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the customs department in your country.

How do I change my delivery address?

Contact us ASAP and well before you receive shipping confirmation! We will then take steps to contact our supplier to see if an update is possible. 

How do I cancel my order?

Our products are printed on demand especially for you and in order to get them to you as quickly as possible we aim to process orders immediately 🚚😀

So once you've placed your order we're afraid it's not possible for you to change or cancel it.

We want you to be happy with our products and understand that occasionally you might make a mistake. If this is the case, do contact us and we will see if there is anything we can do to help - but no promises!

Items are missing from my order. What can I do?

Different kinds of items? If you ordered two or more different items the order will usually have multiple shipments (Split Shipment). Please wait a little bit more 😀

Split Shipment? Check your order to see whether the shipment is split. Not sure? Please reach us here, including your #Order number.

Our mistake? On rare occasions an item may be missed during packaging. If you think this has occurred, please contact us, including your Order number.

Parcel damaged or items removed? The package seems modified or damaged and items may have fallen out.

If you have checked and there is still something missing. Take photos of what has arrived and email us explain what is missing via our Contact us page. Include #Order number and a photo of the parcel label and any damage. Thanks 😀

Unsuccessful delivery!

We hope that this doesn't happen to you, however, as with all deliveries there may be the occasional hiccup.

As the receiver it is your sole responsibility to track your order and submit necessary requirements to the courier or customs if needed. For example, if you won´t be in to receive the package or if it turns out that custom fees are payable.

We are not responsible if the order is tagged as return to sender or unsuccessful delivery due to the receiver not following-up or not having submitted the necessary requirements or notification to the courier. In this situation we are not able to process any refund or replacement without additional costs and you may need to place the order again. Thanks for your understanding.

What happens if I'm not in for my delivery?

Yes! 😀👕We actually do have UNISEX T-Shirts under the Men's Apparel section. Sorry about the title! (technical restrictions). Just FYI these are longline tees.

Can I find your designs in Amazon?

Yes! 😀you can find T-Shirts with some of our designs on Amazon USA, also in Amazon UK and Amazon DE (Germany) or just search for "the diabetic survivor". Garments may be different from what we are offering in this website.
