Animated stickers are a small thing that does a big job. Instagram stories are where the diabetes community actually talks — the sensor changes, the 3am hypos, the diaversaries — and having our own visual language there means people can mark those moments with something made by someone who gets it, rather than a generic party popper. A CGM graph deserves better reaction GIFs.
Designing animation is a different discipline from static illustration: the concept has to land in under two seconds, on a loop, at thumbnail size. A good constraint. Constraints usually are.
